Mango Berry Smoothie Bowl is a nutritious, delicious bowl of blended mangoes and berries topped with bananas.
These smoothie bowls can be a good source of fibre and protein. It could also have carbohydrates and good fats. They are simple to prepare and one can create a smoothie bowl with any combo of flavours and then top with fruits, crunchy nuts and cereals. It is all about creating your smoothie bowl.
These smoothie bowls make a wonderful breakfast and the kid in my house simply loves it. She makes these bowls at least once in a week. Well, these bowls can be customised and served to anyone and everyone. For the younger kids one can play around and arrange the toppings in different patterns, some smiles, maybe a face or a rainbow. These bowls are so pretty that they are a rage on instagram.
A few points to remember to get a good smoothie-
Always freeze the fruit a night before.
Use minimum amount of water, and freeze the liquid too.
Use your favourite fruit, dry fruits, seeds for the toppings, these toppings makes the smoothie bowls very healthy and delicious.
