Orange Rasagolla is a fusion version of the traditional Bengali sweet Rasagollas. These are stuffed with orange fiber and dunked into orange syrup.
A recipe with O and my first thought is O for Orange! The very first dish that came to mind was Orange Rasagollas, I could also make Orange Sandesh, but I am really fond of Rasagollas, so Rasagollas it is! To tell you the truth, I have tried making the basic ones at home, but I was not happy. I still need to practice on these, perhaps make them under the supervision of an expert. Since I am not pro on these, I decided to get store-bought ones and then give them my touch. I made a nice orange sauce, full of fiber, and infused the Rasagollas with it. I stuffed them with the fiber from the oranges and dunked them into the orange syrup as well.
The Rasagollas tasted absolutely fantastic, the mild tangy flavor with sweetness, was an absolute treat, it surely took the traditional sweet to another level. You need to try these to understand what I am saying. Here you are for the recipe, and yes once you try these do give me your feedback. Also after I made these, I came across many recipes for Orange Rasagolla, which are very interesting, do check out. I have bookmarked it to try soon.
