We come to the end of this week where I have been posting Protein Rich recipes with Nuts as star ingredients .
These super energy ladoos are totally with an Indian flavour of cardamoms. We have dates , nuts and poppy seeds. You guys know my passion for Ladoos, they just added on to my previous collection of Ladoos. Here are a few which fall under the Protein Rich theme.
Today’s ladoos are with dates , which are a very good source of protein, and along with other nuts they provide you with roughly 5% of what you need for the day. They are rich in fibre and potassium too .
I had planned for a black bean energy ball , but when I made these for Raksha Bandhan we all loved them . I made a big batch of these Protein Rich ladoos and they were a big hit with all . You can scale down the recipe for a smaller batch .

What a wonderful gift for raksha bandhan. I usually add oats without grinding it and some people don’t like that. Good idea to powder it.
