A few years back I did not know what Pachadi was, the blogging world teaches you so much. I could have never thought of making a raita (or pachadi if you would prefer) with shredded coconut. For the Orrisa Thali , I made coconut raita , though I made a very small portion. I served a tsp to everyone wondering and waiting anxiously to see the reactions of family members. Surprisingly everyone loved it and wanted more . Do I need to say more ?

This is one of my all time favorite. To this we add either tomato or cucumber.
