P - Pav Pattice

Pav Pattice is a spicy delicious Indian burger . A burger which is made with ladi pav , pattice , chutneys , sev and onions !

Pav Pattice is a Street Food from the city of Pune, Maharashtra . The city is called The Oxford of the East as this city has lots of educational institutions . One can see students all over the city . As a result the city has many popular street foods which are filling as well as pocket friendly .

I have been to this city long back but do not remember eating any street food there . While Exploring the Flavours of Street Food I picked the recipe of Pav Pattice from a video of a resident of Pune . The recipe is simple , quick to make , fills you up and you have the satisfaction of eating street food as well as of a meal .

You could even call Pav Pattice a close cousin of Vada Pav , the famous street food of Mumbai . The green chutney is substituted by sweet tamarind chutney , instead of dry garlic chutney the wet garlic chutney is used . The vada is replaced by Pattice , pav remains the same . Pav Pattice has additional onions and sev for crunch . All in all it is one filling , spicy , delicious Indian burger that you will love .
